Shipping - USA Orders
Currently, we ship to all states within the USA for a flat rate fee of $7.95. Orders will typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following payment authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Shipping - Canadian Orders
Currently, we ship to canada for a flat rate fee of $13.95. Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following payment authorization and verification. However, it is not unlikely that there will be a customs fee imposed by your local government on any goods purchased outside of the country in which you reside. UnsFineCrafts.com is not responsible for any fees that may be imposed by your local government's customs agency, nor is UnsFineCrafts.com responsible for any delays that may occur due to this process.
International Orders
International orders will typically arrive within 7 to 12 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for a flat rate fee of $24.95. However, it is not unlikely that there will be a customs fee imposed by your local government on any goods purchased outside of the country in which you reside. UnsFineCrafts.com is not responsible for any fees that may be imposed by your local government's customs agency, nor is UnsFineCrafts.com responsible for any delays that may occur due to this process. Hassle Free Returns/Exchanges
At UnsFineCrafts.com, we understand that there are many reasons why one may choose to return or exchange an item. As such, we want to make your return experience as pleasant as possible. Any customer wishing to return an item to UnsFineCrafts.com must send notification within 7 days of receipt. Simply contact us at CustomerCare@UnsFineCrafts.com.
Once your email is received, we will provide with detailed instructions on how to proceed with sending the item(s) back to us. However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. As such, we would appreciate any customer wishing to return or exchange an item to provide us with the following details:
- The Order Number(s) related to the item(s) that you wish to return.
- The Reason(s) why you wish to return the item(s).
- Finally, what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item(s), i.e. Store Credit, a different item (exchange), or refund.
Moreover, the returned items should meet the following returns criteria:
Conditions of Return
Prayer Beads
- No pieces are damaged or chipped.
- All beads are still strung/available.
- String Still intact.
Jewelry
- Not tarnished.
- Not bent.
- Not scratched or damaged.
- All jewels all are still intact and in place (if applicable).
Perfume Oils
- Not used more than 3 times (allowing the customer to sample it).
- No other/foreign substance has been introduced into the Perfume Oil
- No damage is done to the applicator rod, bottle, or label.
- The content is the same that you received.
- The content has not been spilled.
Important Note
- Returns of items with free shipping will be refunded the total amount minus the shipping and handling fees for standard orders.
- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded, only the amount the item minus a restocking fee of 15% of the items price.
